Group size
Minimum size 30 people. (Smaller groups pay for a minimum of 30 beds.)
A drop from the initial number booked of a maximum of 10% is acceptable.
Any increase in numbers depends on our availability.
Sole occupancy
We appreciate many groups prefer sole use of accommodation units. Sole use will be provided if the group is of the minimum size below or alternatively if payment is made for the minimum size shown in the table below:

Accommodation
We reserve the right to move your group to alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the same location. This happens very occasionally and will be advised to you as soon as possible.
Payment
The invoice should be paid before arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment has not been received prior to arrival.
Late payments may be subject to extra costs (minimum 2%).
